8 months old on Thanksgiving Day
Arlo's first Thanksgiving! He seemed to like it, especially the squash and mashed potatos. He has a new tooth, his first, just poking through to help him with all the new foods he has been so excited to try lately.
Silas daydreams about Thanksgiving dinner all year long, he loves it so much. Just like Halloween 2011, he declared this Thanksgiving day to be the "best ever".
Yesterday's snowstorm prevented us from having our first Thanksgiving at camp as planned, but we had a lovely day in Portland and shared a fantastic dinner with friends.

A new lego obsession has begun.
Arlo has so many baby toys to play with, but he wants the legos!
He has already upset his big brother a few times by destroying Levi's lego creations.
I never thought the lego love would happen this early!

Pancakes again
Silas has been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately. He made raspberry & blueberry pancakes three mornings in a row and chocolate cupcakes twice in the last week. He thinks selling cupcakes might be a nice way to make a living.
