As an early Christmas present, we all received new ice skates. Yesterday, Silas could barely stay up right on the ice. Here he is today:
Silas really loves skating and just like when he is skiing, he likes to go fast and doesn't seem to get frustrated no matter how many times he falls.
Levi has new skates too, but right now is more interested in sliding around the ice on a milk crate. Here he is getting a fast push by our friend Evan:
Sometimes it is tough to get the boys outdoors when the temperatures are in the 20's, now all Si can talk about it heading out to the skate pond. It is so fun to be able to do this together!
Looks Cold, but FUN! Ruby and I are enjoying the 18" inches of snow here.

We heard about your big snowfall amounts we all are very jealous. We got about an inch of snow yesterday morning, but the storm headed east out to the Atlantic and missed us, such a bummer. Ill bet Ruby feels like she is back in Colorado now.
Are you all ready for tomorrow? Good luck!

Silas, you are terrific on skates, way to go! Levi, would you push me on a milk crate if I come to Maine, it sure looked like you were having a great time. I want to see a video of Mom and Pops on skates!! Love you, Nana
