Day at the beach

It is the 2nd day of spring and it feels like summer.

We spent an awesome day with friends at Crescent Beach.

Arlo loved it!  Like his brothers, he was busy for hours playing in the water and sand.  He only became cranky when I asked him not to eat sand, sticks or shells.  He has a new evil eye that lets us know when he isn't happy, here is an example:

In a totally unexpected move, Silas and his friend Dominic went swimming!

The ocean temperature averages about 40 degrees F right now and they both went in twice.  But, as you can see from the video, taking that first plunge was really hard for Silas!

It's hard to believe this is March. It was very warm here also. I hope the weather holds for another week so we can enjoy the beach.
We love Arlo's evil eye, it really made us laugh, he is just too cute! Silas, you are now a member of the Polar Bear Club, I don't know how you were brave enough to dive into the 40 degree water.

holy cow Silas! I'm cold just watching you swim. You are so brave to dive in. And I love Arlo's evil eye. To me he looks like a perfect blend of Silas and Levi and the evil eye reminds me of Levi when he got the gunk tshirt! Happy March Birthdays.
