Silas, Levi & I recently signed on as volunteers at the Washburn Norlands Living History Center.  During the Fall Festival, we spent the day on the lawn playing old-fashioned games with the visitors, it was so much fun!

We played horseshoes, croquet and our favorite, the Games of Graces.

It was a pretty long 6-hour day, but the boys loved it.  When they weren't "working" at the games, they enjoyed the festival's other activities like cider pressing, square dancing or eating some hot soup and biscuits with homemade butter and apple butter.  We are looking forward to our next "job"!
