Silas is 10!

Si & Levi finished up Si's birthday cake on Saturday, it was amazing.

We celebrated Si's birthday while camping for three nights at Camden Hills State Park, the cake made the almost 2-hour trip with no problem.  We had so much cake for just 5 people that we started eating it right away, a layer a night, but saved the ice cream and candles for Si's actual birthday.

Si wanted to do a lot of biking on this trip, so besides riding in the park, we spent Sunday at the Camden Snow Bowl.  After a big pancake breakfast, we all rode the lifts up.  Si & Mark spent the day biking down the mountain while Arlo, Levi & I hiked.

Looks like everyone enjoyed Silas' birthday. The cake was fantastic, Si and Levi, you did an amazing job and I know how difficult it is to make a cake like that. Levi, your mom told me that you told her how you wanted the photo of you and Arlo poised and honestly, it's the best ever photograph! I really loved that one. Levi, you have a very artistic eye. Si, you look great in your biking shirt! Arlo you are so very cute in every photo, I love looking at all your photos.
